Litigation

Mr. Miskel began his legal work in construction and mechanic’s lien litigation in 1976. This followed 13 years of mechanical contracting construction experience on large scale projects in the San Francisco Bay Area. His construction practice has included numerous multi-million dollar disputes involving large construction projects, including large residential developments, Indian gaming casinos, various University of California projects, local government construction projects and large commercial projects. Mr. Miskel has worked primarily for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall and other subcontractors.

His clients include ACCO Engineered Systems, Inc., the pre-eminent West Coast HVAC and mechanical contractor. He has also handled litigation involving express and prescriptive easements, partition actions, landslide and other real property matters.
