Glendon Miskel
Glendon W. Miskel has practiced law since 1976. He provides counseling as well as litigation services in a wide array of construction, business and entertainment disputes with a particular focus on the construction and music industries.
Glen also has experience in high-stakes cases in the areas of securities litigation, real estate litigation, breach of contract, landslide litigation, minority shareholder litigation, major personal injury litigation, and unfair business practice litigation.
Glen joined with William F. Johnson to form Johnson & Miskel as a general civil litigation firm in 1977. Johnson & Miskel has always pursued a philosophy of providing personal, small firm attention to its clients.
Glen works closely with his clients to find the most efficient means to resolve disputes. Each new matter is carefully assessed for the likelihood of success and the potential cost to the client.

PUBLIC SERVICE
From April of 1994 until April of 1998, Mr. Miskel was a member of the Sausalito City Council. He was Vice-Mayor of Sausalito in 1995-6; Prior to that he served two terms on the Sausalito Historic Landmarks Board. He was the Vice-President of Sausalito/Marin City/San Francisco Little League and for many years coached Little League Baseball, Mill Valley Soccer League Soccer and worked as a volunteer and City of Sausalito liaison for CYO basketball. He has been a member of Rotary Club of Sausalito, a founding Director of the Richardson Bay Maritime Association and various other local organizations. Mr. Miskel joined the board of directors of the Sausalito Art Festival in 2009.
